| Downloads **Please note - Girlguiding UK no longer allow home-made forms to be used instead of their own official forms, but nevertheless there are a number of individually adapted / interpreted versions on these pages which can be customised according to your individual circumstances and used for your own records. They cannot be used as substitutes for the official forms. To open any of these documents, simply left-click as usual. To download to your own computer, right-click on its name and select "SaveTarget As..." from the pop-up menu which appears. In the case of the forms, once you have saved to your own computer, open in Word and type directly into the form(s) where necessary before printing out however many copies you need.
