The forms on the GA website are all copyright ©
The Guide Association and so cannot be reproduced here; these forms
have been created by members of GuidingUK and are NOT official forms;
they do, however, cover all the information on the official forms and
in some cases in more depth.
To
download these forms, right-click on the name of the form and select
"SaveTarget As..." from the pop-up menu which appears. Once
you have saved it to your own computer, open it in Word and type directly
into it where necessary before printing out however many copies you
need.
