Chocolate
Marshmallow Cups

- 225g
good plain chocolate
- 25g butter
- 1 tbls
cream, evaporated or condensed milk
- 1 tsp.
vanilla essence
- Small
marshmallows

- Melt
the chocolate in a medium sized bowl.
- Stir
the chocolate. Cut the butter in little pieces and add it
to the chocolate, stirring until it is melted.
- Stir
in the cream or evaporated milk and vanilla essence. Let it
cool.
- Put it
in the fridge for about 30 minutes until it is stiff enough
to handle. Halfway through - when a bit cooler than at the
start, mix in enough marshmallows to make it nice and lumpy!
- Take
small spoonfuls and put into small foil sweet cases.
- Leave
to set.
