This is a silly game that goes down well with the whole age range. All you need is a pack of cards.

Everyone sits on chairs in a circle. Shuffle cards and give out one each. This is to give each player a suit, ie if Sally gets 3 of spades she is a spade.

Collect the cards in. Now shuffle them and turn them over one at a time. Call out the suit.

When a girl hears her suit called she moves one chair to the left, and yes is there's someone already there she sits on their knee.

If someone is sitting on her she can't move when her suit is called and stays put.

Winner is the first back to her original seat.
