The Boguk had heard of a rumour
Of something exciting to see;
He headed off South into Berkshire -
Oh bring back the Boguk to me!
Chorus :
Bring back, bring back, oh bring back the Boguk to me, to me!
Bring back, bring back, oh bring back the Boguk to me!
The Boguk then looked at his luggage,
Took out all the socks he could see:
Replaced them with chocolate and vino -
Oh bring back the Boguk to me!
Converging from many directions
Were Guiders as hopeless as he,
All stuck in the jam on the M4 -
Oh bring back the Boguk to me!
They finally got to Thirtover
And fought over which beds were free,
Unloaded their chocolates and vino -
Oh bring back the Boguk to me!
The Boguk was tired and hungry
And had triple helpings for tea!
Sat talking and drinking till morning -
Oh bring back the Boguk to me!
The Boguk was woken quite rudely,
Alarmed as to what it could be;
Fell out of his bunk with a loud bump -
Oh bring back the Boguk to me!
The Boguk went over the border
Ben Nevis and Nessie to see,
Was last seen whilst hunting the Haggis -
Oh bring back the Boguk to me!
He then swam from Scotland to Ireland
To visit a distillery,
Got lost whilst exploring the Causeway -
Oh bring back the Boguk to me!
Then back to the Land Of My Fathers
Eisteddfods and rugby to see,
Climbed Snowdon whilst looking for dragons -
Oh bring back the Boguk to me!
Finally back into England,
London and Pax Lodge to see,
Headed for Buckingham Palace -
Oh bring back the Boguk to me!
The Boguk has finished his travels,
Dropped in at HGC2B
With stories about his adventures -
Oh bring back the Boguk to me!

And here's the verse we wrote to sing on Sunday morning!
The Boguk has proved such a nuisance,
Singing rude songs noisily,
Partying right through till morning -
He even surprised little me!

Here's the version of the Boguk Song we wrote for "The Saints"
bit of the Wide Game
The Boguk went over the border
St Andrew and Nessie to see,
Was last seen whilst hunting the Haggis
With St Andrew whilst fishing at sea!
He then swam from Scotland to Ireland
To visit a distillery,
Got lost on a search for St Paddy,
Helped drive snakes into the sea.
Then back to the Land Of My Fathers
Eisteddfods and rugby to see,
Went to St Davids with Dewi
And preached in the smallest city!
Finally back into England,
St George's Chapel to see.
Headed for Windsor and Eton,
Fought dragons to save little me!
Bring back etc.....
